Help! New owner. Car not charging

Hey all. Just took delivery of my used GT Air. I took it to multiple electrify America and EV Go stations and have yet to be able to charge. I keep getting an error message asking me to try again. I have tried activating via the apps first then using my CC. Any advice ??

While unlikely, I'd inspect your charge port to make sure the none of the charging pins are bent or broken.
