Lucid Air Pure
Greetings from germany, just got my Lucid Air Pure yesterday. I want to introduce myself as a new member. Here in germany you don't see any of them, sadly also the service hotline doesn't work 😕 but let's see. I'm pretty impressed and excited, car is really fun.

Cheers

Welcome to the forum! I suspect we have a large percentage of the German owners here 🙂

A warm welcome from me too. Yes, the service in Germany could be improved. This is probably due to the fact that only a handful of cars are imported each month. A tip for the forum: don't read any information about software updates as you either don't receive them or receive them much later (Pure AWD with 2.2.10, from Heidelberg)

Lucid annual sales in Europe have been 100 units a year. Makes it challenging but the service center in Munich has a great setup and a fair amount of service techs.

Great crew!

Welcome Dion! You selected a very beautiful Lucid...trust you'll enjoy it for thousands of miles on the Autobahn!

Service issue was to be expected but im not super far from Munich (Schwäbisch Hall) so ok case im lucky I think. I was just wondering that the hotline doesn't work. Thanks for the info regarding updates 👍

Luckily I'm not so far from Munich. Thank you

I already made 1500 km in three days. Most of it on autobahn it's so much fun I really love it. And it's just the small version now I want to have a sapphire 😄

I think they have at least 5 service trucks, so the mobile service should come to you for whatever they can’t do online.

Welcome aboard! It's stunning how quickly your brain adjusts to the acceleration. Given that you have access to the autobahn, you would absolutely have a different experience in a GT, GT-P or, finances be damned, the Sapphire. The power difference is incredibly apparent as the drag increases. In the GT, there is a difference in feel between 60-80, 80-100, and 100-130. Watching the Sapphire pull videos, that barely appears to be the case. If you're ROUTINELY going to be traveling at high speeds, you will feel the acceleration differences on a daily basis. Here in the US...not so much unless you're in an area where it's safe to do that.

Hey! Since you just got your Pure im curious how long the delivery time was? Im also from germany and just started the ordering process for a pure too and havent gotten a delivery date yet.
