Lucid (July 15 statements) says that hands free will work on "compatible divided highways."
A notice that hands free driving will not be supported gets displayed as I exit the interstate highway for a particular (divided) state route that I often use.

It will work on more and more over time. Drive Assist will work on any highway, period, mapped or not.
Hands Free Drive Assist is limited to certain divided highways for now but they’re increasing that over time.
