Grey noise from the back when audio is off

Since recent I hear grey noise coming out of the speakers on top of the rear doors. What is the cause of this? And more important, what can I do about it?

This is a German lucid air touring car imported to The Netherlands and with software 2.6.11

Make sure it is off
