2026 Lucid Gravity GT
Just bought the new lucid gravity home. Absolutely fantastic car, handles like a dream. So responsive, quiet, comfortable. The entire family is thrilled.
Now for issues that really mattered to me.
1. How in the world does the key fob not work consistently? I have to keep waving my card, and just open and pray it works. Any delay -more than a second- and I don’t know how that is acceptable to start the car? Coming from a Model 3, this singular thing is absolutely jarring. What is the best way to address this ?

Lucid user gods, please help me. 🙏

2. Saving and switching profiles - what in the world is going on here ? Moving from 1 driver to the next should be a cinch. This takes a full minute. Seat position doesn’t appear to be saved consistently. What’s the best way to ensure these profile changes stick - including sign in to Spotify / Tidal etc.

Honestly I’m not gonna change the profiles 10 times a day or even more than 2 times a month. I just need to have confidence that it works consistently.

It’s been 10 hours since I’ve had the car. The drive, quality, finish is incredible. Will definitely help to resolve basic driver profile issues.

Thank you to this amazing community.

Quick update : key fob issues have magically disappeared overnight. Perhaps I spoke too soon.

And no, I’ve NOT been sleeping in the car overnight.

There are a dozen threads on this. Please read them. In short: make sure service has updated your key fobs to the latest software and that you’re on 3.3.2.

Can you be more specific about your issue? It takes 30-45 sec for me, but I have no issues with the media apps remaining signed in, etc.

Works fine for us every day, fwiw.

Yes Ive read a bunch of threads since I posted - should have done before I posted.

I took the delivery yesterday - I am on 3.2.2. I didn’t check what firmware the key has. I’ll call the service center to confirm.

FWIW, Since today morning, for whatever reason, I don’t have the key fob issues.

The user switching takes time (45-60s) and for the moment appears to retain the music account sign ins.

Sorry to add to the noise.

The current version is 3.3.2, not 3.2.2. Please make sure you have the latest.

And yeah, only service can do or check the fob.

Yes 3.3.2 is the firmware version I’m on.

Dang fat fingers.
