I have never been able to swipe as suggested to the lower panel. I know it doesn't work with Android auto or carplay when it is active but if I go to the primary lucid screen I cannot do that swipe. Any tips?

Sorry to hear that's been a problem. It generally works pretty flawlessly for me. I'd try a reset/soft boot to start. Then the process is pretty straight forward, sort of like swiping on your phone. Upper right of nav screen (or phone or media) swipe through the middle of that screen and it throws to lower. If that still doesn't work, maybe have the service center guys take a look?

Your best bet for support from Lucid is a phone call. Email requests have not worked for me.

Got my 2027 Gravity GT a week ago. I have been scouring all the settings and getting things configured, but have a few questions:

I have been using Tidal for music via Apple CarPlay, but I can’t find a way to search within the Tidal app?

The sales advisor set up our key fobs and phones and they seem to be linked, however, our user profiles do not load when we approach the car. Doors unlock and everything seems to work fine but we have to select our user profile manually. Is this normal and if not, how do you fix it?

I am having problems with the car going into off-line mode pretty much every time I park it in my garage. It shows it is connected to our home Wi-Fi signal, but when we start out from home, it takes several miles before we can play the radio or listen to any music via apps. Don’t know why this is?

Homelink works, but only by manually pressing the button. I thought it was supposed to automatically open/close the door as you approach or departed?

Any suggestions on these would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the car is fantastic and loving it so far!

1. Tidal will sound better if you access it via the Lucid App in infotainment system. That App has a search button on right side of screen.
2. First, count yourself lucky if Lucid gave you two FOBs. Most of us have only gotten one. Those few Dream owners may have to answer if two FOBs can trigger seperate profiles.
3. Have not had this issue on delayed music app connection
4. Homelink currently does not have proximity link trigger to automatically open/close doors. It just has proximity sensor to bring up the button for you to tap to open/close.

Tidal: There is a search on the top left of the screen but the search in app is better, especially for finding Dolby Atmos tracks as the app in car generally wont find those versions. You can search tracks in the app and add them to a playlist or favorite them, then it will show in the car app. The car app is very basic and not so good, but fantastic sound quality as it's the only way to truly hear Dolby Atmos music.

Fobs: Like most, we only got one, but I don't believe they will load individual profile with the fob, but maybe some that have them can help out.

off-line: I would advise just turning wifi off. I have found no benefit to using it, other than if you have no cell signal where you park.

Homelink: No, they disabled the automatic feature on it a while back bc of issues with it.
