Gravity test drive request option

Does anyone have experience with requesting a test drive if you don't live near a studio or service center? I clicked through an email from Lucid and they provided the option to request one implying that they might be able to bring one to me to test drive. Seems like a sizeable undertaking just for a test drive.

Thoughts?

If you go into the app, you can schedule a specific time slot. Just go to your profile and you'll see it under "Discover Lucid". As far as I know, they aren't bringing vehicles to you. You have to go to a Studio location.

Closest test drive for me is Chicago, 300 miles away. Sales guy said at one point they were supposed to come to Columbus Ohio this month but it was cancelled. I've asked several times if anything is different. Can't even get a test drive in the Coldwater MI locationfor reasons unknown. Never was a "we'll come to you" offered.

Apparently demand continues to outpace supply. They sure don't put much effort into sales, at least with my advisor. He's essentially MIA despite seeing several candidate cars to my spec on the inventory list. Not even a text saying "check this out".

I'm not complaining as fortunately I have a working Tesla with FSD and free supercharge. But it sure would not take much of a nudge to push me into the SOLD column, especially now that the key fob appears fixed. I'm hoping either Tesla or Lucid come up with some 4q deals I cannot turn down. But for now I just wait for the right time.

Maybe I misread the email and site the link took me to. But I thought it said something about if you can't make it to us, fill out the information and we might be able to bring it to you. I imagine, if they are indeed doing that, they would have to have multiple people in a given area that have requested a test drive so they can knock out a bunch on one trip

They do test drives off some of the service centers as well. If you are somewhat near one, that can be an option.

Thank you. But I'm 6+ hours away from any Lucid locations - studio or service center

Not on the web site apparently. Tried to schedule Chicago but it made an appointment in Virginia instead. Cancelled.

Let me know if you find the link. Or I could find some local guys to sign-up and ask!
