When I saw a new thread about the Gravity 3.3.22 update I opened the mobile app to see if we had an update notice. What I instead found was that the car had reset the charge limit on its own and that the car had not charged after we parked it and plugged in last evening.

Unless we raise the limit ahead of a road trip, we always keep the charge limit set to 80%. Last night when we got in the car to go to dinner it was at 80%. At no point did we go anywhere near the charge menu in the car or the app. Somehow the car reset the charge limit on its own to 50%.

Interestingly, last night was also the first time in 4.5 months that our Gravity didn't charge up to the limit. I usually keep it at 60% and changed it last night (well before 12a start time) to 75%. Woke up this morning and had to manually start charging to get some juice before 8a cutoff. I wonder if 3.3.20 introduced some charging issues (given reports on this forum of some issues with stalls at superchargers as well).

Off topic and perhaps already covered elsewhere, but as 80% and 60% charge limits are mentioned: I suspect 60% is noticeably friendlier for long term battery degradation for those that can swing it. Lucid’s cells are likely similar to the NMC in the middle graph.

We've had that happen, too. But this was the first time that the car actually reset the limit.

I think we might have been hit by another of the "bug swarms" that occasionally sweep over the car wherein several things go haywire simultaneously on in quick sequence, sometimes resetting stored options. After I reset the charge limit to 80% I went out to check the car to see if it was charging, and it was. I went to the other end of the garage to clean the windows of our Air and when I passed back by the Gravity I saw the driver seat had gone into full recline and was resting on the second-row seat.

When I have the time and patience I'm going to get back in the car to check all the stored settings.

But our third Gravity Dream Edition was delivered around noon today (replacing our second one which was wrecked), and I got tied up with all its programming. So far so good on that one, except that there were two tiny paint nicks just above the left rear taillight. They're pretty tiny, and since we're going to have the car wrapped before putting it on the road, I'll just use an off-the-shelf generic white paint pen first. Not a showstopper as the PPF will mask any mismatch, but it should have been caught at the factory or pre-delivery inspections.

Even more interestingly, last night was the first time since I set it six months ago that my Air failed to start charging at the scheduled time.
