Hi All,

I was at oakbrook mall today and saw they had a gravity GT in the studio. They said it arrived this week. No call stating it was in despite the statement that they would let me know as soon as one arrived as I have a pre order.

It's way lower than anticipated which I like. The seats are also very plush and the message function seemed nice. Though not as powerful as my old Audi A8. The space inside was real nice and the glass roof provided an open feel.

The spec was green on Yosemite with most of the options including 22 23 wheels and towing pack.

A few concerns: the arm rests on the doors are a very rough wool like material. Did not feel nice for the few minutes I was in the car. May need to upgrade to full leather.

The other concern was the shut lines were shit and not consistent across the front and rear doors. The trunk also made a horrible clinking sound when it closed.

I switched my dream edition pre order to a regular GT in lunar. They say winter delivery for the configuration... I am a bit concerned with early builds as they said the floor model was off the production line. Looks like there are still a few kinks to work out. Let me know if anyone else has seen these or other issues with the production versions.

Thanks

Studio Gravity that was in Tyson’s had none of those issues as far as I noticed. An arm rest being too low is, of course, subjective. It was Tahoe, so maybe that impacted materials. Don’t see any panel gap issues.

Frunk was soft close as it was electric, so sound was normal soft close.

With all of these early builds. Each may have its own issue.

Good to know. The issue with the arm rest was the material it felt a bit like sandpaper on the elbow. And the clunk was from the trunk not front. Will see what the test drive car is like for a point of comparison when they come in.
