I just tested out DC fast charging for the first time in my GGT. It was cool to see the car automatically start battery preconditioning when I put 'Ionna' into the nav. Total preconditioning time was about 20 minutes in 24F weather. Charged from 22% -> 51% in about 9 minutes. Peak pull was 357 kWH and I averaged 254.11 kWh. When I stopped charging it was drawing 197 kW. The first few minutes the car said it was being limited by charging station.

Yesterday drove from La Junta CO to Chicago (I'm an early bird and my wife is a night owl) All on Ionna. I haven't found where to pull the charge curves, so no picks. Every charge I was the only vehicle at the station. I tend to find that it is personally, vs technically, more efficient to go pretty low and then charge pretty high. Spouse is not good at short stopping.
Had gotten into La Junta at midnight from Santa Fe, with about 43%. Hit the Ionna there in the morning. Pulled about 165k to start, with no preconditioning (forgot) went to about 85%.
Got to Abilene with at 4% and some preconditioning before getting below 5%, pulled the full 400 to start! That was exciting. Stayed in the 200's for most of the charge. Went to 80% in about 30mins.
Got to the one in Kearney MO with about 43%, peaked at 325. Pretty impressive I thought. Went to 95% in 30mins, as was going to Springfield IL as next destination.
Due to my own navigational brain fart (didn't pay attention to directions) went out of the way, resulting in getting to the Ionna in Springfield at 2%, with no preconditioning. Did require some hyper miling techniques, staying under 70, heat on and off.
Pulled about 375k to start. Went and got a late dinner, charged more that needed to 95%, taking about 45mins.
All in all pleased with Ionna performance and rates are pretty good, compared to EA and CP stations that I used on the way out (Chicago is home)
