Speaking as someone who works on technology, no technology is perfect. Not sure why the attorney part plays into it, but the benefit of AI for answering straight forward questions is that it can search the corpus of internet data better than a human can form Google search queries. And it can do so when asked questions in natural language as if you were asking a human expert. So the downsides of asking for information about a subject such as what features are available for a car are pretty low compared to the upside.
