Yep. That campaign has been in existence for at least a month. Mine were checked a month ago, during a mobile visit. I posted about it in this thread on Feb. 19th.

Someone should chart the comment growth over time. I would say that after the release of 3.4 UX the comments really have slowed down. Meaning the bugs and issues are getting addressed.

Mostly just that. I had a few tiny scratches at delivery they were going to look at too. It's been just sitting in a parking space for two weeks. I got excited because it moved from a space to an open area near the roll up door for the service area this weekend but then it went right back to a different parking space where it's sat since then. I haven't heard from service in a week now even though I texted asking for an update on Friday because I was told they should be able to at least look at/diagnose it by the end of last week.

FWIW. Like a couple others in this thread, that notification about the drive system has disappeared for me. Maybe it helped that I charged it to 80% for the first time, who knows.

Same here. Luckily, most of the “your car is about to explode” errors just go away. I guess that’s comforting….

Literally. That's what service told me the error was, just their version of a generic check engine light and then they have get the error from the logs.

Bumping this. Can’t imagine all bugs and issues have been squashed…

Are people really not finding bugs for two months? I’ve still got several. Mainly, the screens freezing at random times and then icons disappearing from the HVAC screen.

As well, the fob has regressed somewhat to the every 6-8 weeks battery need.

Other stuff isn’t so much a bug as it is annoying issue:

1) Squeaking from 2nd and third row that I’ve addressed every which way and always returns

2) Frunk still requires double open

3) Some door handles don’t present some times - again, the consistently inconsistent stuff. I’ve come to realize when the door panel is in direct sunlight and hot, those handles tend to have an issue for a period of time.

4) Front windows - go down when I want them to go up 80% of the time. Folks here said it was a seal issue but service couldn’t always reproduce it. I do think it’s a seal issue as it was almost non-existent in winter but happens daily now that weather is warmer.

5) Honk lock? - why does my car sometimes honk when it locks? Usually after the trunk closes. It’s not a fob thing as I don’t always have the fob with me.

Mine has been pretty stable. The only re-occurring issues I'm seeing are

• key fob is still not reliable
• face camera randomly disables

took Beverly Hills 3 or 4 attempts to fix but I haven't had a squeak from the 2nd row for months now

2) Frunk still requires double open

You can adjust the stoppers (or whatever they're called) as other owners have done and it fixes the issue

I believe this occurs when you walk away from the car for example, it locks but if the frunk is still closing then it's warning you that the something is still open on the car.

This worked for a couple of days and then stopped working. I’ve done it a couple of times and it always seems to revert back to double open state.

Mine honks when I start the trunk closing and then walk away, triggering a locking with the trunk still in the process of closing. It's a warning that you've locked the car with a door or frunk/trunk not closed.

I'd get that frunk fixed by service. Mine has been 100% reliable, as has my key fob.

The only glitches I've had at all are intermittently bad USB ports in the center console, and an occasional failure of parking cams to appear on the display. The cam view is easily fixed with a reboot, but it can be quite inconvenient in a busy, tight parking lot. Something similar to this error seems pretty common in the user base, so I expect it'll be fixed by OTA within several months.

My plan with the USB issue is to wait for the ports to fail again, then drive 20 minutes to my local service center so I can show somebody and get a replacement scheduled.

Also, this past weekend we went to San Antonio for family graduation celebration. I parked the car in a garage but car would lock but not power down. Head lights stayed on, mirrors stayed out, dash stayed on and radio continued playing. I was able to turn off the A/C with phone app but nothing else I did with app or fob could shut things down. I had to get to lunch with family so just left it and monitored it with app to make sure battery was not running down. Came back a couple hours later and car had finally shut down.

This was my first longish road trip (requiring DCFC charging) and along the drive I was bragging to my wife about what a great roadtripping car the Gravity is. She is reluctant to drive the Gravity due to these software glitches. She acknowledged that it was very nice. Then we have this glitch at the end and the good feeling from the drive is all lost.

My front passenger door handle did this, then it just plain broke and never opened (had to let passengers in from the inside). At the same time, the window on the same door stopped working at all. Was stuck 1/4 inch down. It's in the shop now for both plus other stuff.

The FOB connection seems to be spotty. Sometimes it works great, but sometimes the proximit lock or unlock won't work, sometimes it doesn't respond to any fob button pushes. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to when. I even am in the habbit of shaking the fob before I'm close to the car, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. This happens on the loaner gravity also

Also, the majority of the time I get in the car, the seant never goes back to the right position when I'm in. sometimes it gets close but not all the way, and sometimes it even backs up all the way. The workaround is to touch the seat control enough so that the "Save/restore" pop up shows up and then the restore button actually restores to the correct position. but it's annoying.

On occasion, nothing will play through android auto. You press the play button on whatever app (audible, spotify, etc), and it flips to play for a 10th of a second and then flips back to pause. I've rebooted the phone, ive disconnected and reconnect, but the only thing that actually works is a car reboot, which means I have to pull over and take the minute and a half for the whole reboot process.

I have the same issue (intermittently) with car not locking or shutting down. I have to “force” it with the fob button once I come back out.

I’ve gone 17,000+ miles since August 2025 delivery. Amazing car for roadtripping. Just maddening bugs. That said, they’re 1,000% better than where they were at delivery.

I forgot I have this too. Seats have never consistently moved for easy exit or back to the right position (or at all) when I get in. Again, this seems to get better with every OTA and then regress to not working.

My question is does DC fast charging diminish the battery's capacity over time? I exclusively use the dynamic range because it's more useful to me and I haven't noticed any decrease in overall battery capacity. Am I doing damage and not realizing it? Should I be running the battery almost all the way down before recharging? Should I be using level 2 charging instead of DC fast charging to preserve my battery life?

Some DC charging will not hurt your battery at all and in fact may be good for it. A lot of DC fast charging may degrade your battery a bit. Charging to 100% or storing you car in very hot temperatures will likely have a lot more impact on your battery life than DC fast charging.

We were gone for 2 weeks and when I got back, the Gravity seat position was all screwed up. When I got in and hit the brake pedal it would move up and forward from my normal spot. I'd move it and save it, leave and re-enter, and it would move up and forward again.

Finally noticed why. It wasn't loading my profile. Had to manually reload that and it all came back fine. I wonder if that's the problem sometimes when getting in, that it's slow to load the driver profile and is using Guest instead?

I had something similar in our Mach-E years ago, and it made it a little easier to set the seats the same position for both Guest and Driver1. That way if it did it again, at least the seats were is a good position.

Other than a dramatic reduction in the frequency of error warnings and messages, I have more or less all the same bugs I've been complaining about since I got the car.

- Fob works correctly to unlock the vehicle on approach about 25% of the time. 75% of the time I have to wait. These days at least it does eventually open with the fob (ie no card tap or app unlock required about 98% of the time) but only after I walk around near the vehicle for 5-20 seconds, pushing the unlock button, or walking closer to the rear driver side door, where it seems to have better recognition of the key.
- Fob fails to lock the vehicle on exit about 50% of the time. I get the notification on the app that the door isn't locked and I have to do it that way.
- Hands-free calling is unuseable garbage.
- Key not inside vehicle fails to start the car still rears its head, if rarely. Maybe 1 in 30 drives.
- I still get warnings for "Sensors Blocked" and "Dream Drive Unavailable" from time to time, irrespective of weather conditions. Happened more in the snowy weather, which maybe I understood (road salt) but also happens on sunny days, clear mornings without bright sun, who knows. This is definitely a lot less frequent than it was at first, and I don't get some of the other errors that would pop up, but I'd say this issue is not 100% squashed yet.
- I have an airbag fault detected light that pops up every once in a while. When I reported it to swfeedback they recommended service. Service could not replicate the problem and therefore didn't repair anything.
- Easy entry/exit seat position is like playing roulette. Sometimes it moves back when I get in, sometimes it doesn't move at all, sometimes I swear it moves but not to the right place. I'd say it gets it wrong about 2/3 of the time. Sometimes when it moves to the wrong place or doesn't move at all I can go into the seats submenu and select "Restore" to make it right, but sometimes the restore button is greyed out.
- "Traffic Cleared" pops up at random times, probably every other day or so, when stopped at a traffic light or stop and go traffic - but never when the traffic has actually cleared.
- The other day, I got a new one - if only for a second - a big red "Air supension unavailable" flashed up in the center clearview cockpit. It was gone within 2 seconds, so I barely got to read it. Not sure what that was about.

My charge port door is getting more finicky. There's a little "button" with a collar/"wings" that rotates 90 degrees when you press it to mechanically grab the door and hold it shut when it's closed, and again when you release it to let it go. The rotating collar seems to get stuck about 10 degrees away from where it is supposed to be, making the door not want to stay closed, or worse, needing a bit of a hard tug to get open. When closing, I can manually fiddle with it, putting it in as "vertical" an orientation as I can to get it to hold when I press the port door shut, but the tugging makes me nervous that one of these days the plastic piece is going to break and I'm going to be driving around with duct tape to hold the door shut. That's gonna be a good look! Mobile service shrugged the problem off during the winter, saying he couldn't replicate it, and I forgot to mention it on my last in-garage service appointment. I'm kicking myself now because it suddenly seems to have gotten worse.

Does anyone else find that the lane departure warning is hyperactive? Sometimes I would swear I am too far to one side and it will tell me I'm too close to the other. It's almost impossible to drive on an exit onramp and not have it rattle on me. Maybe I'm just a sucky driver, but I don't think so. I've had lane departure warnings in other cars and not had this issue.
