Could be as SAs get order cancellations from customers who ordered a GGT w/o HUD, but are cancelling due to lease terms that don't meet their needs, those SAs are looking to their other customers (those that don't want the HUD and then those that do). Depending on the agressiveness/initiative of the SA, some customers will get calls with offers of an alternate to their original order and some won't. Based on the lease poll results, I can see this happening.
An SA not wanting to lose a sale, looking for alternate customers before the cancelled order is returned to the order que; if that is the process with order cancellations.
