Vehicle was charging on a slow 110V charger for about 8 hours. Charging stopped before reaching the pre set battery level and both the app and the vehicle show "vehicle not charging. Remove the cable and plug it again" red error. Removed the charging cable, waited 3-4 minutes and reinserted the cable. But error reappears each time.

Tried another 220V Tesla Universal charger. Same results. Waited couple of minutes between each attempt.

The same EVSEs work on a Tesla and another EV in the home without any issues.

Tried both the steering wheel reset and the About button reset. No change. Still not charging.

How can I troubleshoot this further?

Mine was a MPB failure

OP here. I tried to drive the car around the block to see if that makes a difference. As soon as I put the car in reverse, it gave a "Vehicle Not Drivable. Drive System Error " message.

I’ve seen this before where the MPB fried itself and you could only charge on DC chargers, yours might be even worse if you’re getting that error, battery or motor is toast.

Customer Care had me drive to a DC charger - we found that it wouldn’t charge there, either. Apparently that indicated different error than if it wouldn’t charge on AC but would on DC. It was towed to SC. There, after some work it was determined by engineering that it was the MPB.
