Whelp...looks like I may have my first "serious" issue, about 7 months into my lease. I'm getting a warning that my Front Camera is messed up, which is triggering two other warnings (Lane "monitoring" disabled and Front Collision avoidance disabled). Happened for the first time yesterday morning during my commute. On the drive home, was still there.
Once home, I rebooted and it was still there. This morning, it was gone, but reappeared to stay about 10 minutes into my drive.
So...Last night:
1. Called Lucid support. They picked up in about 1 minute. Very nice, but not too helpful. ("It could be software or it could be a hardware problem. You may need to bring it in.") They logged the issue.
2. Maybe 15 minutes later, I received a call from "my" service center in Plainview, Long Island (NY). Pretty nice....He explained that even if they sent a mobile truck for service, they could not repair the cameras, if that's the problem, in my driveway...would have to take place at the service center. He suggested I wait until the next day to see if the warning disappeared (it didn't). In the meantime, he offered the following choices if I wanted a loaner (since he said it would take at least a couple of days to do the service:
Fortunately, the car isn't disabled, just a little less safe than it should be. I found (so far) Lucid service responsive, but waiting 4 to 6 weeks to get a loaner seems a bit much...
Stay tuned....

- wait until 12/1/2025 for an appointment. At that point, a loaner would be available.
- wait until 12/15/2025 for concierge service. They would pick up m car and drop off a loaner.
- Try calling East Rutherford (another "nearby" service center") to see if they have something sooner.
