Welcome to the Lucid Owners forum! As the forum continues to grow with hundreds of posts daily, the moderation team simply cannot review every single post. We do however review every reported post. So please click Report (located on the bottom left of every post) on a post that you believe violates the forum rules or if you'd like one of the staff to review it.

Please find our rules outlined below.

Search
If you have a question, please try searching for it first before making a new post. More than likely there is already good information discussed around your question. Of course if you are unable to find it in the search results, please post away to get the help you need.

Respect
All posts should be respectful and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective. Derogatory or insulting remarks will not be tolerated. This applies to all areas of the site.

Community Member
Welcome in the new members and be one to help if you are able to. Many members here already go out of their way to help with questions and share their knowledge. In the end all of us here are either interested in or own a Lucid and want to see Lucid Motors succeed.

Postings
When making a new post, please be sure to post in the correct forum category. Our forum is divided into different categories for a reason and we want to try and organize the wealth of information here as best as possible.

Please avoid cross-posting (posting duplicate/similar discussions in multiple threads). Cross-postings will be merged or deleted. We want to respect the time of those who are browsing the forums as much as possible.

Try to keep discussions on the intended topic. Posts that drift from the original topic will either be deleted or moved to its own new thread. Repeated offenders will be warned. Keeping discussions on topic helps keep the forum organized and respectful of other community members time and energy.

When adding images to a post, we recommend using the "Insert Image" option and uploading the image directly into the post or by attaching the file by clicking the "Attach files" button. When adding images by URL from another site, the image in your post could disappear if the linked site removes the image at a later time. Though this recommendation is more load on our server, we'd prefer to see posts without broken images and prioritize the user experience.

Any posts which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. Please use common sense and think twice when making your post.

Do not post any advertisements, spam, self-promoting links to your site, business, product, affiliate link, etc, or completely unrelated content. This applies to all areas of the site including Conversations. We don't read Conversations, but other members can report this to us. Such actions are not taken lightly and will result in an instant ban for new members with no history in the community. We encourage community members who see these types of posts to report it immediately.

Excessive thread bumping is not allowed. If your thread has not received any response, you may make a post to "bump" it up the recent posts lists only once and after a few days have passed.

Post Reactions
Our community supports post reactions (Like, Love, Haha, Sad, Angry, etc) that improve the dialogue of the discussion and is a quick and easy way for members to engage without making a post response. Please do not use the reactions feature as a way to harass/disturb/troll a community member. If you feel you are being attacked through the reactions feature by another member, please send a direct message to myself or a Moderator.

User Account
Members should only have one account on the forums. Duplicate or excessive accounts are prohibited. If you are banned, making another account will result in the new account being banned as well.

Rules are subject to change at anytime without notice. Please be sure to check in on them periodically. Any major changes will be announced.
