2nd price raise in pretty short order. Within 2 months the F150 Lightning base model has gone from under $40k to $52k (all other trims increased too). The sub-$40k Lightning has gone the way of the $35k Tesla Model 3

I’m pretty sure they were losing money hand over fist with the original pricing given the size of battery (and general amount of raw material going into those trucks.) Demand is clearly there when you see dealers applying markups as high as $40k.
