Last week I was parked at work and it was brutally cold. I got to my car and it would not unlock. I had the fob on me. The button on the fob did nothing. My mobile keys wasn't working either. Also the car was offline and I could not connect to use the app to unlock. Restarted phone, played with Bluetooth, restarted app. All the usual stuff. After about an hour, I finally got on by holding the door handle in for 3 seconds and holding the key to the b pillar (thanks to this forum for that nugget). Well, ever since then, the car still does not recognize my key or phone. At least it's online so I can use the app to unlock the doors and punch a pin in to drive. But it's asking for pin every drive. I changed fob battery, reset fob, unpaired the fob from the car, but now I can't re-pair it. I did logo reset, steering wheel reset, and I assume it does a deep sleep reset at night when I put my keys in the Faraday box, turn off my Bluetooth and go to bed. Still nothing.

Any advice? Anything I'm forgetting? Or is it time to send it back to service again.

Hmmm I think you have been very patient and analytical about the saga, time to hassle lucid service for resolution!!

I would try a factory reset, but it sounds like a hardware failure in the car.

ugh
just had my first experience of not having my fob or card recognized and I have the new 3.3.20 update
went to get something from my car I forgot about while at work and couldnt get in the car
tried a reboot after unlocking the car with my phone to no avail walked inside of my work to look up what to do
went to go and do a hard reboot but it was working again

will report this to the SW update email

I cross posted the below comment on gravity about a Pure Loaner a gravity owner posted:
My fully speced out RW air pure with aero stealth 19s is in the shop for a host of software issues, prominently the fact that the car rarely wakes up. So, they gave me a base AT with 20s. The car wakes up every time when I am within 15 feet of the car. How gratifying that I am not crazy that mine doesn't; it's not my imagination, but it is the damn software. Come on Lucid. You can do much better with your software. The reason Gravity wasn't Car Of The Year for C&D was stated pretty clearly by the reviewers: it's the software, stupid.

My fob on my 2026 Air doesn't work well at all. Approaching the car from the rear, it doesn't recognize it. I have to tap on the driver's door handle to get the car open.
