Fob firmware update?

My car is installing 2.0.15 now. I started the update from the mobile app - it didn't say to leave the key fobs in the car. Which update was it that updates the fob firmware? Have I missed the boat there?

The update message on the pilot panel do instruct leaving the fob in the car, the app shows no instructions.
It’s been mentioned a few times on this board that you simply can drive the car around with the fob in for about 10 minutes and it will update its software after you have installed .15.

I especially looked too because i already knew about it. There were no fob instructions on my pilot panel. But i remembered from forum postings and put both fobs in the car and also rolled down both front windows just in case itd lock up during update.

Would be great if the phone app would show both the car's software version and the fobs'.
