Faulty window seals

I'm experiencing a cold air draft from the rear of the front side windows, especially during low outside temperatures. When I checked the window seals I found that they are partially bent inwards, see photos attached. The slats of the seal also feel quite hard and not like rubber.When I sent the photos to my Lucid service center they said that the deformation of the seal is totally normal.

Does anybody here have the same deformation? Could you please post a photo of your window seal as a comparison?

I recently bought my GT in Zurich but drive mostly in Germany. I register noise as if the windows and doors weren't tightly closed. Just got out from service bit I saw the rear window show moist inside after yesterdays rainy and foggy drive. Want to test the moise level inside at high speeds, as I think it is too noisy for its category.
