Eversource Massachusetts EV Charging Rebate

This past Monday Eversource reopened their revamped EV Charging Rebate Application Portal which has been down for the past several months. Bad news is that the Lucid Connected Home Charging Station is not listed in the State Appliance Database and therefore does not qualify for the rebate. When a submitted my application Lucid was not an option so I chose “Other”. Application was pushed back because they wanted proof of receipt instead of invoice. I then contacted them via phone and they said it was being denied because they needed a photo of the charger MAC address. Customer support then ultimately said the reason why they kept on requesting more information was because it did not qualify because it was not listed in the State Appliance Database. Does anyone know if the Connected Home Charging Station is actually manufactured by Lucid? There are 340 EVSE products listed in the State of MA under these standards and I’m a little shocked that Lucid charger is not on this list.
