There was an article on msn that after Hurricane Ian, EV's that got flooded are causing fires spontaneously. Apparently the flood water caused salt bridges on battery modules that is causing short circuits causing these fires. I understand these vehicles got flooded but in general are EV's in coastal areas specially closer to the water more susceptible to such damages? Added link below
