I'm on a week long road trip from the SF Bay Area to visit family in LA, southern Utah, and also to go mtn. biking in Moab.
Today after charging in Baker, CA, my car started throwing error codes. I got a warning about the front left lighting system. Then the front right. Then front collision warning. Then side collision warning.
These all came within, oh, about an hour of each other.
I've tried rebooting via the "logo" method and also by putting car in park, holding the brake pedal, and then holding the "x" and "mic" burron all at the same time.
No love.
I've called customer service, and left voicemail for the service center in Millbrae, because, of course they don't pick up the phone, not ever. I also called Lucid Customer Care and they promised me that someone would call within 48 hours. Are you kidding? 48 hours?
Oh, I'm also getting a warning now that the driver monitoring system can no longer see my face, even though I haven't changed the seat or steering wheel position in about 3 years. That error code came several hours after the initial warnings, and only after about 3 solid hours of driving.
I can confirm I no longer have front blinkers, nor blind spot monitoring, nor hands free driving anymore. Something is clearly busticated.
Anyone have anything like this? Any chance it is something stupid like a 12V battery going south? I'm a bit concerned problems are going to continue to cascade and I'll be stranded 1,000 miles from home.
If anyone from the MIllbrae (or San Jose) service center is reading this, for the love of all that is holy, would you please look up the open trouble ticket that Customer Care opened for phone number ending in -1197 and give me a call?
