Word inside the company is that Dlala left voluntarily. There is not much information circulating, though, as to what occasioned his decision to leave, and my guess is that will remain the case.

Derek Jenkins is the only one of the original heavy hitters who brought us the still-class-leading Air who remains with the company. If there is a product to come beyond the Cosmos, it may have some very different DNA.

At this stage of the midsize development I wouldn't be surprised if the whole trio is still heavily lead by Derek Jenkins's direction. As to what happens after midsize, who knows if there will be more models beyond that

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that he could see the roadmap going forward and was told what his role would be in the new era and decided it wasn't the road he wanted to walk. What we saw yesterday may very well be the first step along that new road. Emad no doubt was aware of at least some of this at the time that he chose to leave and that very well may have locked in his decision.

haven't heard anything from them so far. I'm assuming so unless there's new info
