Even with "monitoring and security", how will EA prevent this location from getting trashed or overrun by homeless people?

I posted the same question on Reddit, and the comment was summarily deleted by the Rivian Reddit mods. I guess we'll just have to revisit this once it gets up and running and is on Plugshare to see real customer feedback. Believe me, I want more locations like this, but securing will be costly.

I visited EA’s flagship station n the city last week. The place is spacious, well lit & very clean. I can’t wait to see one in Elk Grove. 😎

Are they planning to do similar one in Elk Grove?

Yeah, that seems pretty terrible. There was no way to mount those fans on the roof? I imagine it would at least be a bit quieter on the street if they were up there.

Hmm, I'm no architect but even I can see how having a fan spinning at that rate venting to the street would be a noise issue. "Check the box" kind of builder?
Maybe they need a much larger fan, spinning slower to move the air with less noise and vent it up on the roof?

They need Big Ass Fans.

HVLS = "High Volume, Low Speed"
