tried 5 of 8 EA 350kw chargers — the best I got was 15kw/hour. I unplugged when I realized that at that rate (and the ambient temps), it was actually DRAINING not adding range! very frustrating.

How cold was it outside and did you pre-condition the battery? If you were only plugged in for a short time, your battery may not have come up to temperature so the charge rate would be very slow. It could also be that the EA site was just messed up. Did you try more than 1 station at that site?

Was cold and did not precondition. In hindsight I think the combination of the two was the issue. What was weird was the message on the EA screen. It said something to the effect of it was being “limited by EA software.”
