EA Behind The Ball

Ugh. I don’t know what’s going on at EA, but this is concerning:

I assume installed equates to them going operational. There is a EA near me that has looked “complete” for two years ( before I even placed my Lucid reservation in 2021) but still not operational. Not sure why.
