Driving Awareness issues after update?

Has anyone with this issue on 3.6.0 gotten the upgrade to 3.6.3 to see if their issue is resolved? I'm really hoping it is, but I still haven't gotten 3.6.3 pushed to me to test for myself.
I’m still waiting on 3.6.3 as well and I am very interested in this. Crossing my fingers the software upgrade does the trick and the new version Hands-Free is available and works as intended for a couple of long road trips I’ve got coming up very soon..

Yep updating to 3.6.3 now, will get a chance to test it out this evening and see for myself.

Do you see distracted driver warning when it didn't allow hands free assist?

Well nevermind, couldn't try this out yet as the update failed.

After patiently, and at times impatiently, waiting for weeks and being assured by multiple Lucid employees that the 3.6.2/3.6.3 OTA update would resolve my largely inoperable Hands-Free Drive Assist feature, I'm disappointed to report that it did not.

I successfully installed version 3.6.3 today and took my GGT out for a test drive about two hours later. Initially, I thought the issue had finally been resolved because I didn't see the familiar crossed-out orange eyeball icon on the Clearview Cockpit screen. Unfortunately, that optimism was short-lived. After about five minutes of driving, before I even reached the freeway, the icon reappeared. I continued to my appointment, let the vehicle sit for an hour, rebooted the system, and tried again. Once again, after roughly five minutes of driving, the "Distracted Driver Alert Feature Unavailable" warning returned.

It looks like I'll be spending more time on the Customer Care line yet again. Incredibly frustrating...

Guess it must be a hardware thing, will add that to the list for my upcoming service

Hi, everyone. I wanted to share that we have a fix planned for an upcoming release for the driver monitoring concern that owners have been sharing. I look forward to sharing more information when it is available. There is not a fix for this in 3.6.3. I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred.

Oh ok. A bit disappointing but glad it's been planned to getting fixed. I know it's hard to predict the release schedule but any estimate would be appreciated.

It's good to know a fix is still in the works. I assumed 3.6.3. was the fix because of what I was told and this info in the 3.6.3 release notes:
Reliable Driver Assistance: Improved system stability to reduce unexpected disengagements, alongside refined attention alerts that clear promptly when the driver is actively engaged

This was a different update.

Ohh! Thanks for the info!! I was totally disappointed today that even with 3.6.3 my driver awareness was always disabled. I too thought it was some Hw issue. @marqie Pls keep us posted :)

We've all been asking for more communication from Lucid in between updates.

Thanks, @marqie , for doing just that - Dream Ahead!

Was able to update my 1-month old Gravity last night to 3.6.3. My biggest issue (aside from a delivery with a broken rear wiper) has been that with Comfort Access enabled, only the seat will return to it's stored position, with the steering wheel not doing the same. 3.6.3 did not fix this problem. I know others are having the issue as well.

Additionally, now with 3.6.3, when I get in the car I'm greeted with a warning that DDPro is not available and to seek service. It goes away quickly and once I hit an appropriate road I do get the steering wheel icon next to the speedometer that indicates DD is available. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes….That is exactly the issue I’ve been dealing with ever since I installed 3.6.0

I successfully installed version 3.6.3 (last Wednesday) but like others driver monitoring system is still disabled.

Now something odd has started to manifest. As of today morning when I got in a notification displayed saying Assisted cruise control is not available (sensors blocked, clean sensor or remove obstruction). There is no obstruction and i did wipe the camera and sensor (nothing on it). When I try to engage cruise control the same notification comes up. Tried to reboot twice and nothing!!
cruise control and all features to do with have a warning when looking up on the settings.

Suprisingly the driver awareness monitoring system has not been diasbled even once during the drive. it did notify me once during the drive to keep my eye on the road. This is annoying that the cruise control is not working. without it all DDPro functions are diasbled.
What's going on please!!

Did you check all of the external cameras? The one time I had that come up there was a splash of something on the rear camera and cleaning that off made the message go away.

So yeah I did go around touching them and giving my blessings to work. Haha

Did wipe them barely, left parkedinbthe sun for a good 6 hours. Surprisingly had no issues drive back home.
Driver monitoring system was off few mins into the drive though.
Don't think it had anything to do with me wiping the sensors as like I said sensors were off but driver monitoring was active in the morning drive.
More and more software glitches.
Oh well all I can do is hope and pray!!

Looks like 3.6.4 will fix it. Kyle Conner from Out of Spec just posted about it in X
