Driver door hard to close

I have an air pure without the soft close option and while three doors are quite easy to close the driver door is always tough. I need to almost slam it to get it to latch fully. I've checked the gaskets and they all appear to be in the right place, so could it be the latch or something else that is keeping it from closing smoothly on the first try?

I’d say it’s worth a call to a customer service to take a look at it.

We had this problem with my wife's GLE Mercedes. It requires a door adjustment so it closes smoothly. You will need to take the car into service.
