Driver’s seat no longer goes up and down

My wife is short. I am not. It’s now stuck at her preferred height and will only go back and forth.

Soft resets, hard resets. Nada.

What the literal F? We have a 1k road trip coming we bought this for and it’s not going to be fun. Tyson’s Service has zero appointments available in the app and it took me a month of trying to get one in Sept for March delivery issues.

We love this Gravity but this is wholly unsat. Not the issue….the inability to get it addressed.

You should call Lucid customer care. That works better than trying to schedule the appointment in the app or calling our local SC

I did; October is the earliest. Since I've already got a Sept appt for March delivery issues, they added this to the list.

Doesn't help make it more comfortable to drive for the next six weeks.

Many on here mention how busy Tyson's is.
