Drive Clean Rebate Program in New York

Tesla is able to take advantage of the Drive Clean Rebate Program in New York while Lucid is currently not. (despite Lucid having the more efficient vehicles.)

Is this something Lucid is interested in pursuing?

IMHO, the lobbying group that represents the ICE dealers made a deal with the Albany legislators to keep EV manufacturers out of the state for obvious reasons.

Yes, Tesla is approved because I believe they have a single dealership in NY.
