There were four or five safety zones all of which I slowed down for. Where I got the ticket it was a regular change from 75 to 65 foe entering Flagstaff. I was passing a truck and did not see the sign, first rime through there I did not know the limit had changed. Overall I found the drivers in the NE are driving same speeds as those in AZ. At home I'm mostly on the Turnpike and Thruway, where 55 means 70, 65 means 80. AZ it seemed (for the four days I was driving) 65 meant 70 and 75 meant 80. I was driving same speed as at home but with higher limits. Any time I drove faster than that I was passing everyone and felt my NY plate was making me a target.
