Delivery timing for “available now” Gravities?

Ordered a car last Thursday that was listed as “available now” - got a call on Friday that it wasn’t actually at nearby delivery location but had to be shipped from a lot. Since then have not been given any details on delivery timing - just the equivalent of “we will let you know”. Asked for some idea of timing, radio silence. Makes me wonder if there is some issue with the car they are not revealing.

What has been your experience with delivery of cars in inventory? A week+ normal? Lack of communication / transparency has been quite disappointing and as much as I like the car, considering canceling given the lack of honest communication.

Ordered an inventory Gravity in January to take advantage of the inventory incentive that was at a showroom 120 miles away. The deposit was placed on Wednesday and the car was transported to our showroom on Friday.
How far away is the showroom that the car is available at? My SA was very responsive and proactive in working with the other showroom to get the transport arranged. If it’s in the same region they work together and have the same regional manager which makes it easier.

Just heard back - sounds like they are pausing all deliveries until they can address an issue with the 2nd row seats (don’t know if it’s the noisy motor to move the chairs some reviewers have complained about?). They said they hope to address my end of the month.

Yes - that’s what an article from (not very reputable source) confirmed. I’m afraid this might be true because I saw on studio advisor screen then the consignment can’t be released or something similar. Again, this is my speculation. So, take it with grain of salt.
