Customer Support Nonresponsive

Another round of kudos to the Costa Mesa service center and their mobile tech Bradley. What a rockstar! They scheduled me for service about a month ago for a couple minor issues and one larger issue I have had since delivery day: my mobile app hasn’t been talking to the vehicle.

He reached out the day prior to confirm my issues, told me he could arrive early, and also made sure it was ok to ring the doorbell so it wouldn’t set our dog off. Wow! How polite and considerate!

We were on vacation still yesterday on the day of my our mobile service. Bradley arrived right on time and quickly got to work. Kept me updated via text the entire. I guess their work phones are in a transition period so he was using his personal cell. Again, wow.

Spent several hours working on the one main issue and also noted what he could fix on the spot and what would be a service center visit.

Several items will require a service center visit, but he got the one app issue fixed in concert with his engineer and some folks at HQ!! I now have a functional Lucid app!

Bradley was so efficient, polite and professional. He sent me a lengthy text at the close of service with updates on every single item. Followed up with a phone call to explain. I was so impressed by his dedication during what has to be such a wild time to be working at a Lucid service center. He’s been there 4 years. A true survivor and a credit to the company.

Gave me his personal cell number and said to reach out to him directly with any issues or questions should I need service again and he would take care of me.

Beyond impressed. If he is any indicator, I have the utmost faith in Lucid’s service team to turn this ship around.

Wanted to update my earlier posts in this thread and again post double thumbs up to the San Jose SC guys!!
Recently had an "Auxillary Power Supply Error" that would not go away when I tried to reboot. In fact I was not able to reboot at all, no single or double chime...nothing responded.
Then we noticed the HVAC wasn't cooling the cabin anymore. UI seemed ok.

Service ended up replacing my "Wonderbox" and now everything works fine. Apparently they needed a special tech to work on the high voltage portions of the car so there was some delay and the car spent three weeks in service during which they provided me with a loaner GGT. While there they mounted my cross-bar racks for free, updated me to 3.6.3, and kept me informed as we got closer to the pick up date.
Good job guys...driving happy now!
