Critical Feedback After a Few Months

I confirmed something interesting today. So I've been paying attention to the rear HVAC and ensuring it is on every time I get in the car and it usually is. My daughter was sweating when we got out so I checked and the HVAC was off, so I started paying very close attention.

Here's what I have observed:
The HVAC seems to retain the last value that is set while driving (for me, that is usually Auto on 72° synced). However, if you set the HVAC or start up the Gravity with it set properly, it will turn itself off after driving for a short time. It seems more like a big than expected behavior. I'm going to try and see what triggers it (maybe going into drive or exceeding a specific speed?). I've sent a message to swfeedback. We'll see if it is addressed this Summer when the hot states start taking their vehicles in for service.

1. The rear HVAC doesn't go back to the setting it was last on. I have two small children always in the back seat (one under 1 year old) and this is a massive oversight given the temperatures the back seat can reach (hot and cold). I have taken our child out of the car seat dripping in sweat because "Auto" doesn't engage the rear AC. It doesn't remember your last setting (I have to turn it on every time I get in the car). In my opinion, this is a critical oversight by the Lucid team with potential to cause real harm (think Arizona Summer). This might just be a big, but it's been there since we took delivery in January.

This is a big issue for us as well. We have our 6 year old in the booster seat in the 3rd row and the AC will not kick on and there is no way to turn on the 3rd row AC manually. The booster seat creates a bridge across the seat that doesn't allow the weight of the child to rest directly in the center of the seat where they placed the stupid sensor for the AC. So I resorted to putting "things" under the booster seat that press down on the center of the 3rd row seat while our child is in the booster seat. This activated the AC for us while she's in the 3rd.

But honestly this is so stupid. Seems the engineers way over thought this aspect. If I want the AC, let me turn it on.

Yes, the rear HVAC will be on if you check after getting in. But it turns itself off after you start driving for some unknown reason.
