Can any current owners comment on your experience in dealing with the DA and others at this location ? The level of service at other locations range from outstanding to so-so. What level of service should I expect from Costa Mesa ?
I haven’t had to deal with them extensively, but my experiences this far have been excellent. Can any current owners comment on your experience in dealing with the DA and others at this location ? Good to know. Hope the delivery team there is as good as the service you received.Had my first service out of Atlanta. (Sandy Springs). Was ok, but Costa Mesa was much better. Communication was not as good, and from Costa Mesa the car came back looking like it did the day I picked it up. From Sandy Springs it came back without having been washed.

wow! Really? No call? They just left it at the house after hours and put the key in a mailbox? I hope the mailbox was locked, but I imagine it was not. In CA, the car would be stolen in no time flat.Main difference car came back dirty and was dropped after hours without so much as a phone call. Key left in mailbox.
It was dropped at a commercial location. The mail box is insecure and anyone could have opened it and taken the key. I discussed with Lucid and they were not happy with the carriers actions. I don‘t think the car was in any significant danger of being stolen. A call would have been nice. With a call someone would have collected the key and moved the car inside. Instead, I got a call asking why my car was parked outside the next day. My biggest concern was the lack of communication.wow! Really? No call? Ditto for me too. Being in Charlotte, this "service center" looks like the one my future car would be sent to. Yet, as noted, there is nothing from Lucid about this place. Even with my discussions with my DA nothing was mentioned about this place as a service go to. My DA even alluded that the car would be shipped back to FL for service. So what is this place? Is it a contract service entity? Is it the location for the mobile service? Is it a future Lucid service center planned when enough cars populate the area around ATL? Let's hear from Lucid and provide a little transparency about what is going on?Please provide more information on the Atlanta/Sandy Springs service center.
It is not listed on the website. Is it a real Lucid service center or a local subcontractor hired to help with occasional problems? If a real Lucid service center, why are they keeping it a secret? If it is a subcontractor, how do they compare to a real Lucid service center.
Does anyone know of addional ghost Lucid service centers?
Whenever I’ve talked to reps here in CO about service, they’ve told me straight up there is currently no service center here, but that they do plan on rapidly expanding. Meanwhile, they’ve contracted with local specialists who have been fully trained in diagnosing and repairing Lucid vehicles. Perhaps this is one of those third-party people? It seems odd Lucid would be hesitant to just say that. They seem confident in their partnerships, at least here in CO.Ditto for me too. They will basically ask you for some configuration questions, delivery details, how you expect to pay and just a normal intro...A DA has emailed me and we have set up a phone chat session today. I don't anticipate getting a VIN #, just an introduction to the delivery process I guess. Are there any quesitons I should ask ? Any input will be greatly appreciated ! thanks
Dropped my car off on Monday to service a headlight malfunction. Waited an hour in the lounge and they brought me a Chevy trailblazer from hertz as a loaner. It’s Friday.. and still no call back with an update on my car. I’ll update this when i a get a call back…Can any current owners comment on your experience in dealing with the DA and others at this location ? Update: going on 2 weeks and the car is still in the Costa Mesa shop. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication from the service center, and not getting a date of when my car will be ready for pickup.Dropped my car off on Monday to service a headlight malfunction.
