Lucid Air Touring 2025
I called Customer Care twice today and each time waited for about 20 minutes before I gave up and hung up. How long does it typically take you to get through to Customer Care?

I’ve found texting is a much faster response. Same number.

If you are trying to schedule service, utilize the app and call the service center directly.

I have found the system to contact customer service to be very disappointing. I am not happy about some of the software but I get it, software is difficult. I think customer service and response time is crucial to building customer loyalty. Right now Lucid is dropping the ball in this area. I am hesitant to recommend Lucid because it.

Not sure what’s going on but CS seems to have fallen off a cliff the last few months. Not good given a new model is getting delivered soon

Your best bet is to contact the Service Center directly

When was the last time you contacted CS via text and got a response? Without exaggerating, it's been months since I received a response when I texted them. So I go through my remote service tech who is amazing

Dec 11th I messaged at 4:31pm pacific and received a response Dec 13th 2:15pm 🤷‍♂️. So last month-ish?

"My remote service tech" who's that? Was I supposed to have one? If I did and Lucid told me about them it might help.

I am not sure if everyone has a mobile service tech or if it's because I live 6 hours from the closest service center
