Spent the afternoon on this: Walnut trays with maple bottoms. Dimensions are 4 pcs @ 6 3/8" x 4" x 1 3/8" and the big one is 6 3/8" x 6". Bottom corners are eased to accommodate the rubber tray contours. They fit nice and tight.

Beautiful. Looks like you could make 4 more and nest them. And of course, you have a pair of pre-requisite Energizer key fob batteries in one the front bins.
