Collision damage repair in Charlotte

I recently had a minor collision in a local parking lot. Nothing major, just a dent. I was told that the nearest body shop supported by Lucid (meaning authorized to purchase parts from Lucid) is in Hickory, NC. That is an hour and a half away! Completely unacceptable and will be a consideration when my lease expires and I look to replace it.

If I have one recommendation for Lucid it would be to enable more body shops to use authorized Lucid parts. I'd have to imagine Lucid sells more cars in Charlotte than they do in Hickory.

I have yet to ever see a Lucid service center in person. Mine has flatbedded in twice, and now is in the body shop for an accident. Good luck with the repair. Lucid has helped compensate for their small service center network by offering generous flatbed towing service (up to 100 miles) and a rapidly-growing mobile service fleet which can handle a lot of issues.
