Chevy Bolt $6k Refund…with strings attached

Chevy announced a couple months back they would be reducing prices for future Bolts and as a goodwill gesture would also refund recent purchasers about $6k. Sounds great and very generous but apparently accepting the $6k refund requires owners to sign away their right to ever sue for battery fires or other issues related to the battery defects, or to be a part of the current class action lawsuit.
