Charging paused for the system to cool?

First time seeing this. And I'm very confused. The outside temp is 71° and it's pouring rain. Thoughts?

I got this alert twice. But I didn't see notifications immediately. By the time I saw them and checked the app, it appeared to be charging as expected.

Nope. Tesla destination charger that I've used dozens of times before.

Car seemed fine this morning. Just still confused about what was overheating and why.
