So for Lucid's level 2, 240 volt home charger, they advertise charging speed up to 80 miles an hour. That implies I would bet optimum temperature (70 degrees?) and going the full 80 Amp capacity.
For the touring I am hopefully getting soon, they (Lucid) advertise charging speed up to 200 miles in 15 minutes, with level 3 DC fast charging capable of 350Kw/H
Lucid owners posting here typically describe their DC speeds in Kw/H, and note speed varies significantly depending on the starting SOC and on the charging station itself.
1. Does the Lucid home level 2 charger perform the advertised 80 miles per hour, does battery SOC impact that, and how does that translate to Kw/H?
2. Can you tell from the Lucid App or screen within the car how fast you are charging with a level 2 home charger?
3. How fast in Kw/H would one need from a DC level 3 to actually attain the advertised 200 miles in 15 minutes, and has anyone achieved that in any Lucid model...also how many Amps is that? I am assuming ideal SOC for achieving fastest DC charging is starting around 10%, but have no experience

1. The wonder box is cable of up to 19.2kW. Miles is a poor way to measure charging as miles per kWh can vary significantly. The Air will be able to pull the 19.2kW to almost 100% state of charge. See graph below.
2. Yes. The car and the app will both show how many kW the car is charging at.
3. From the graph below you can see the max the car can pull.
If the Air is at or below 5% of charge and the battery is preconditioned and the EA charger can provide as much power as the Air asks for, you could add ~55kWh in 15 minutes. At 3.7 miles per kWh you could go over 200 miles.

We all have for very many years bought gasoline by the gallon and we know our cars suvs get some number of Miles per gallon. Our gas tanks have a capacity In gallons.

For EVs is is very similar.

The EVs have a battery that hold kWhs. killoWatt hours. In the Dream edition that is 118kWhs.

When we charge the car pulls energy in kiloWatts. To add 10kWhs to the battery you could pull 10kWs for an hour or 40kW for 15 minutes.

There are losses during charging so the above numbers are low. You might need to pull 11.5kW for an hour to net 10kWh to the battery.

No one thinks about how many Gallons per minute a gas pump provides unless you are at a slow pump in the winter.

Understanding how quickly you can charge is complicated as there are so many variables.

State of charge
Temperature
Capability of the charger
Losses during charging

I hate the miles per hour of charging terminology. “It depends.“ As the others have said, you look at kWh added per hour as you would look at gallons added in an ICE. At home, on the Lucid home charger, I can put in about 19 kWh in an hour. that would equate to just under 60 miles if I were to get 3 miles per kWh, more if I am getting the EPA range, less if I am driving in spirited swift mode.

the curve on a L2 charger will be flat. You will pull the full 9.6 kW from 0% to almost 100%. The L3 curve will be much faster when at a very low state of charge and then it slows down from there. It slows considerably after 80%. you will notice that a L2 charger may actually be faster once you get to a high state of charge.

The L2 charging is also better for the battery. I really only use L3 when on a trip and the speed of it on the Lucid is much appreciated.

Based on your delivery date, you probably no longer need answers to your questions, but one thing worth pointing out to others reading your post is the following...

The Air Touring can pull a max of 250 kW from a DC fast charger, not 350 kW. The Grand Touring, and Dream Edition can pull 300 kW. This is based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_Air

That sounds very strange even with a non lucid level 2 you should be fully charged by then.

Are you sure there wasn’t an OTA update that happened? That pauses charging. Is this behavior consistent?

Where are you getting the time from? What was the finishing SOC? Did it charge to its limit and stop? Many EVSEs show time plugged in, not necessarily charging time.

What is the amperage of your circuit? Charger type? Perhaps it was interrupted? Home charging for me has been 100% flawless.

Went from 30% to 70%. Took 10 hrs to get there. It had predicted 4.5 hrs.
UsingTesla gen 2 wall charger at 48 amp with 60 amp circuit breaker. Using new model Lectron adapter that handles 48 amps.
No OTA or power interruption during time.
Trying again tonight to go from 61% to 80%. Will see how it does.

Is there a chart like what you posted for the super chargers for the hom 80AMP Charger? Mine drops from 18Kwh to 7Kwh at about 210 miles according to the App.
