I just had my ChargePoint reinstalled at me new place. During the first charge, it stopped charging after 13 mins. I plugged it in again and it finished the charge without incident. A day or two later I noticed the red Caution light on the side was illuminated. I don't know exactly when that happened, but I rebooted the charger and the light stayed off.

Today I charged again, but this time it did the full charge without a problem. However afterwards I noticed that the red warning light had come back on again. HomePoint is a little vague about why this may be happening. I am going to have my electrician come back and take a look, but until he gets here, I thought I'd ask the hive if anyone has had a similar issue. Thoughts?

I've had the same problem on my Chargepoint since day1. It comes and goes. About 50% of the time. Most instances after charging. Many when nothing was attached at all after having successfully used it days before. The unit was replaced by CP and the hookup was inspected by and electrician with no problems observed. I'll never buy or recommend CP.

I’ve had issues as well. Stopped using Chargepoint.

Well this CP unit worked flawlessly for years at my old place. Since this was just installed and just strted having a prob, I am wondering about the installation. When I checked this out online, one of the potential causes for this is connections that haven't been tightened enough.

Thanks for the input. It could be that I'm chasing ghosts here.
