Charge Port cover came off while driving

My car is only one month old and the cover of the charge port came off. I asked Lucid if they could send me one overnight since it doesn’t look good for them. People stop me to tell me that I have a nice car with a missing part on it. Not good for Lucid. Have this happened to somebody else and how you got it resolved?

Same thing happened to me after one month

Please keep us informed if there's a cause. I would be more than pissed if this happened to my car, so I cannot imagine the frustration.
