Green light won’t turn white to release cable. Lucid AirPure 2025 software up to date!

The car must be unlocked to release the cable. Double check that it is unlocked.
Yes, unlocked. I have tried a lot of troubleshooting: Dash says charging completed. I have done both types of resets. Even cut the breaker to Tesla wall charger, which i have been using successfully for almost a year. Dash won’t clear “ ChargingComplete” and green light won’t turn white!

The light on the charge port should be green when fully charged, it should not be white. I am not sure what is keeping the cable from releasing. You could do a manual release if needed to drive the car, see the owners manual.

Thank you that was helpful. Since it said charging complete, I was able to remove the cable. I was so obsessed with a software answer to the problem that I ignored the obvious.
What was freaking me out was the fact that the dashboard said charging complete and I couldn’t do anything with the vehicle until the cable was out. But now I get it.

Just to clarify, though, I did have to do a manual release.
