Yes, unlocked. I have tried a lot of troubleshooting: Dash says charging completed. I have done both types of resets. Even cut the breaker to Tesla wall charger, which i have been using successfully for almost a year. Dash won’t clear “ ChargingComplete” and green light won’t turn white! The car must be unlocked to release the cable. Double check that it is unlocked.
Just to clarify, though, I did have to do a manual release.Thank you that was helpful. Since it said charging complete, I was able to remove the cable. I was so obsessed with a software answer to the problem that I ignored the obvious.
What was freaking me out was the fact that the dashboard said charging complete and I couldn’t do anything with the vehicle until the cable was out. But now I get it.
