I just talked to Natick, and they had no idea about how to handle parts and service using reward points. I'm going to forward them the email I got and a screen shot of the Order History.

to those that have a confirmation from your SA that the points will be applied, what exactly did you discuss? I want to make sure they don't hand me a $950 bill after its installed!

The part number on the store is P11-K2B100-05 but the invoice shows P11-K2B100-07. anyone know what that could be?

my hypothesis would be that they have a newer revision of the same hardware being installed now than what was previously used when they added it to the store.

There is one of these on eBay P11-K2B100-07 for $213. I suspect that it requires programming by Lucid to install?
