Can't do a logo reset

My Sirius XM doesn't work, so I went to do a logo soft reset and when I press the logo on the settings about screen, nothing happens. Is there another way to do this?

You have to hold your finger on the logo for 10-20 seconds. Are you holding it long enough?

And are you in Park?
There's also X, microphone and brake reset

Doesn't your foot also have to be on the brake? I find it quicker to do the same reset using the steering wheel buttons, as described in the user manual. That way I don't have to figure out which screen has the Air logo.
