The Lucid mobile app has been unreliable since the 2.5.0 update for me. The 2.4 update made the app connect incredibly quickly (generally within 10 seconds) and wake up my car. 2.5 often did not connect and was stuck on the "waking up" sign, but if I force closed the app and re-opened, it would usually work.
Today around 5pm CST, I noticed the app would not connect at all. I mean it wouldn't even try to wake up the car for whatever reason. There were no changes to the car or the app or my phone that would have caused this (it worked just fine earlier today). After restarting the app and my phone (and logo resetting my car), I had the bright idea of deleting the app in hopes of reinstalling it.
Well, now that I've reinstalled the app, I simply cannot get past the login screen. If I try logging in, it spins and then nothing happens. It just asks me to log in again.
Is there something odd going on with Lucid servers? I'm able to log into the member portal on their website, but not the app. Without being able to log into my app, I can no longer use the mobile bluetooth key for my car, which is a real bummer.
