Cannot control my lucid from mobile

Hi I got my Lucid Air touring a couple of weeks ago second hand here in the Netherlands. Car is from Germany. Generally happy with the car, but have one annoying issue. I cannot control the car from my iPhone. Mobile key works, Bluetooth, CarPlay work. I also see the status of the car. It is all in read only mode. I cannot turn on the heating, change charging settings unlock etc. Car is NOT on WiFi.

Anyone any clue what causes this? Or better yet how to fix?

Yes tried everything! Will try again

Turns out lucid had my account in read only mode on their end. It now works although waking up isn’t as quick as it was on my tesla
